Diploma in Tourism Management module II

OVERVIEW
This module unit is designed to equip the trainee with a basic understanding of travel agency and airline operations.
The trainee will gain adequate practical knowledge for performing routine duties related to the sale of international and domestic travel.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
By the end of this module unit, the trainee should be able to:
a) Understand travel terminologies and regulations and apply them appropriately
b) Appreciate the functions of travel agencies
c) Develop basic knowledge and skills in travel agency operations and sales techniques
d) Perform routine duties related to the sale of international and domestic travel
e) Make appropriate travel reservations and arrangements
